How To Cook Quinoa In A Rice Cooker
A quick and cheap way to prepare a healthy, nutritious meal. This recipe serves between 4 - 8 people depending on your diet, and can be adjusted to any batch size by following the 2:1 ratio for both quinoa and lentils. This recipe will last over a week in the refrigerator, so you’ll have a proper meal waiting for you whenever you desire. No excuses!

Cook Time: 20 min (This will vary based on rice cooker)
Total Time: 25 min
2 Cups Quinoa
1 Cup Dry Lentils
2 tbsp Dried Garlic
1 tbsp Ginger
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper (Powder)
2 tsp Soy Sauce
6 Cups Cool Water
Measure 2 level cups of Quinoa, and 1 level cup of Lentils. Do a 2:1 ratio of water to grain; as well as a 2:1 ratio of water to lentil. Mix all of the dry ingredients, then pour in water and soy sauce. Stir a couple times to integrate mixture, ONLY BEFORE COOKING STARTS. Don’t forget to turn on rice cooker. ;)
Serve with a lean protein such as Tilapia or Chicken.
