Home Workout 1
We at Twins Engineering Greatness understand that sometimes it isn’t easy getting to the gym, or fitting it into your busy schedule; so we’ve put together a little workout you can do at home using everyday objects. Below there is a video provided, we recommend following along with that video to further understand how to achieve each movement.
Advanced: Feet off the ground
Beginner: Curl toes on the ground and support your body weight
10 Inverted Rows
Advanced: Legs lay flat on the ground
Beginner: Make knees a right angle and bring heels close to your butt
Advanced: Place bar behind head and do jump squats
Intermediate: Using the bar, do regular squats
Beginner: Use chair for support as you do the squatting/sitting down motion
1 min Abs
Notes [Parts that need a little more explaining]:
Do these movements in a continuous loop, 3 times. Take a 2 minute break & repeat the cycle again.
