Fast Food | TEG style
Are you hungry now? Did you remember a little too late to take something out to thaw? If you answered yes to either of these questions, and the world is caving in around you as you sit in the corner breathing into a paper bag, don’t worry we are your salvation…to your salivary. Before you make a move of desperation and get some fast food, try some fast food TEG style. We’ve “Engineered” a meal that you can prepare in about 6 minutes. The hardest part of this recipe is deciding what amount of each nutrient you need (Protein, Carb, Fiber, Fat). We’ve figured out that splitting the ingredients in half is perfect for my brother and I. You may need a little less, or a little more. However, for the purpose of this recipe, let’s assume you’re us…lucky you. So, follow along with the recipe and if you’re making it just for yourself; Congratulations! You’ve just made lunch for tomorrow too.

Serves: 1 - 4 (Depending on diet)
1 can (16 oz) of Beans: Black, White, Red (Your choice)
1 container (6 oz) Greek Yogurt (Per Individual)
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (Unless you like it hot, aha my man!)
First of all, always wash off everything that comes in a can. Let this be a rule of thumb. There is an excessive amount of sodium in canned foods. After, simply combine all ingredients into a bowl. Mix and enjoy! Yes, you don’t have to cook anything. Eating the beans cold are just as (if not more) delicious, and it brings out the inner hobo in you! Just kidding, but enjoy it nonetheless.
Serve with baby spinach to round off the meal with the appropriate vitamins and minerals. Eat smart!
