Every challenge we have here is a workout, and every workout we have here should be a challenge. So without further ado, I present another challenge/workout. We call this one: Doin’ Circles.

5 or more Clockwise Circles

Take a brief rest and repeat
To do this motion your gonna want to start in the neutral zone of the pull up (your arms fully extended) and instead of just simply pulling up you move your body in a circular motion up and down the bar. Refer to the video for better explanation.
