Nothing says primal more than eating organ meat. You know, that stuff that gets thrown out and makes people sick just thinking about. But it doesn’t make you sick, no, your inner animal is roaring out for this. You know it’s going to give you good fuel. But most importantly you’re eating the part of the animal that supplies life; you’re taking its life source! Ok, maybe not. But you know what I mean. However, something that is true is the price. At $2.00 per pound you just can’t beat it. So let out a savage roar as you feast on the only muscle whose recovery day comes after a bad breakup.

1 lb of Beef Heart
2 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 oz Olive Oil (For Brushing)
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (Unless you like it hot, aha my man!)
1 tbsp Thyme
1 tsp Black Pepper (Such Metabolism)
Trim outer membrane off; feed it to your dogs. Brush, or spray, on the olive oil. Add on all additional spices. Put meat on a ripping hot grill for about 4 minutes on each side, depending on your preferred doneness. Dig in, knife and forks optional.
Make it for your girlfriend/boyfriend. Enjoy with a sweet potato on the side, so when you serve it to your sweet heart you can say “You can’t spell Sweet Potatoes and Beef Hearts without Sweet Heart.”
