The 10 Ton Challenge
So you may be saying to yourself, self: “Lift 10 tons? That’s not possible.” In short I’d have to agree with you, duh. However, you’re going at this all the wrong way, brah. The 10 Ton challenge involves lifting 10 Tons over the course of the workout. So, without further ado, here are the rules:
10 Ton Challenge Rules:
Pick desired weight to use.
Once you’ve started the challenge you cannot change the weight.
You must perform the same number of reps for each set.
You can rest for no more than 1 minute between sets.
You must lift the 10 tons using one movement (Squat, Dead lift, etc.) (NO SWITCHING)
So that’s it. Remember, you can perform this challenge with the dead lift, squat, bench press, or any movement you find suitable. Just keep in mind; whatever movement, weight, and rep/set count you choose, you must stick with it thru the whole challenge. Have fun, and be safe.
Beginner: Rest for 1 min between sets.
Intermediate: Rest for 30 sec between sets.
Advanced: Rest for 20 sec between sets.
TEG Level: Rest for 10 sec between sets.
