You might walk down the aisles of your supermarket and put items in your cart without even considering the thought: Is this really good for me?  You may feel a sense of confidence when putting on your “healthy glasses” and filtering out all the junk food; only going for the food labeled healthy, or nutritious.  However, food companies use ingredients that are cheap and at times anything but healthy.  So, this is why we put together this section.  Knowing what you’re eating is paramount for living a healthy lifestyle.  So, when it comes to making homemade versions of these food products, others may be saying “Why?” but we’re saying “Why, Yes!”
