Throughout your entire life you’ve been told that we do certain things because they are good for us.  Like why we stretch before and after workouts, or why exercising encourages muscle growth and fat reduction.  You’ve never been told why it is good for you, or why it happens.  Well, now you can be the source for the answers.  When people ask you why, you’ll say “TEG says so.”  Kidding of course, but we will try to give you a more in depth explanation that should allow your mind to make connections and form conclusions.  Oh, hello learning process.
